Reiki Energy Healing
Reiki Energy Healing is a healing modality that reduces stress and promotes relaxation. It is conducted by a Reiki Master who may or may not lay their hands on the client, as some prefer to hover their hands over the client versus touching the client, while “life force energy” flows from the Reiki Master to the client.
The word Reiki is “made of two Japanese words – Rei which means ‘God’s Wisdom or the Higher Power’ and Ki which is ‘life force energy’. So Reiki is actually “spiritually guided life force energy.” (William Lee Rand, Reiki.org, 2019)
A Reiki Energy Healing session feels like a calming, beautiful beam of light that flows around you and through you. Reiki heals the entire body which includes but is not limited to the physical ailments, emotions, feelings, mind, body, their spirit. Most individuals leave the Reiki session feeling calmer, more secure, more comforted, and better able to function from the inside out. Most clients express a feeling of attunement with their master, and a peace and comfort, physically and emotionally, that they have never felt.
Reiki can be used by anyone and everyone who desires to heal their mind, body, spirit, and soul with a complimentary healing method to their normal healthcare routines. Some of the top hospitals in the US, including Johns Hopkins and Cleveland Clinic, are using Reiki for relaxation, detoxification, supporting well-being during life changing treatments, stimulating healing, and dissolving tension to name a few benefits. Reiki Energy Healing can help everyone who is willing, able, and committed to achieving a happier, healthier, spiritually freer, and balanced life.
Emotion Code Reiki
Releasing trapped toxic energy can help you to overcome the obstacles of your past. Most emotional turmoil, panic and self sabotage are the consequence of trapped toxic energy. When trapped toxic energy is released it can literally change how you feel, how you behave and impact the choices that you make.
After treatments my clients have said they feel :

What is Reiki?
The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words — Rei which means “God’s Wisdom or the Higher Power” and Ki which is “life force energy”. So Reiki is actually “spiritually guided life force energy.” – William Lee Rand (2021)
How is a Reiki treatment given?
In a standard treatment Reiki energy flows from the practitioner’s hands into the client. The client is usually laying on a massage table. The client remains fully clothed. The practitioner places her/his hands on or near the client’s body in a series of hand positions. These include positions around the head and shoulders, the stomach, and feet. The treatment may be done in person or remotely.
Are there any side effects from a Reiki treatment?
Most of the time a person will feel relaxed and uplifted by a Reiki treatment. However, sometimes a person will have what is called a healing crisis. When this happens, sometimes a person can get a headache or stomach ache or feel weak. If this happens, it is a good idea to drink more water, eat lighter meals and get more rest.
